I am using Workflow tools with Dynamics CRM 2016 on premise because we need to force the calculation of several rollup fields. The first approach with the tool was really good, everything worked very well but right now we are facing problems. Let me get you in context: we are in the process of migration from CRM 2015 to 2016, so we created a solution in CRM 2015 that was imported into CRM 2016, then the rollup fields and the workflow to force their calculation were created but it didn't work.
I don't know if perhaps we are facing a problem of incompatibility with entities created in CRM 2015 or something else is happening. Do any of you have faced the same or similar problems?
